I identified an existing Mahjong-style tile-matching mechanic inside Farm Friends and saw an opportunity to turn it into a focused standalone onboarding. Because the interaction already belonged to the game, the concept could feel immediately familiar and authentic while giving new players a simple, low-friction way to engage with the product.

The production team handled the visual and technical execution while I directed the concept, reviewed the playable throughout development, and completed final QA. My focus was on preserving the clarity and satisfaction of the original mechanic while simplifying the experience enough to work as a self-contained acquisition flow.
